I saw Dr. Bartel late June while visiting family in Edmonton and am so glad I discovered his practice. His team is a wonderful group of gals... friendly, professional and very helpful. I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr Bartel, who diagnosed two issues with my eye, resolved one and prescribed antibiotic drops for the other to treat the irritation and prevent infection. I was so impressed with his care, attention and thoroughness and felt so very fortunate to find his practice close to my hotel. Thank you Dr Bartel and team for all you did for me on very short notice and for helping my eye heal. Incidentally, at the end of the 5-day course of prescription drops, the eye was significantly improved and felt very much 'back to normal'. A sincere and heartfelt thank you!

I’m so thankful for Dr Chai patience and care shown throughout my visits to the clinic for my eye symptoms and dry eye treatment. The team took the time to thoroughly examine my condition, explain everything clearly, and educate me about how to better care for my eyes. Because of the team guidance and treatment, I’ve learned so much more about my eye health, and I’ve noticed a real improvement—my vision is now more stable and doesn’t fluctuate as much as before.
