This bike shop is absolutely fantastic! We stopped by to rent e-bikes, and the experience was beyond exceptional. I brought in an e-bike I’d recently purchased elsewhere that wouldn’t turn on, and their team went above and beyond, running updates and getting it working perfectly—no questions asked, even though I didn’t buy it from them! Their kindness and expertise blew me away. We ended up renting e-bikes for a ride, and the quality and service were so impressive that we couldn’t resist purchasing another e-bike from them. The staff even stayed open past their posted closing hours to help us pick out accessories, including a super cool bell with a built-in spot for an Apple AirTag—such a clever find! This shop’s dedication to customer service and passion for biking make it a must-visit. I can’t recommend them enough!
